1. Service Agreement
By scheduling an appointment, you agree that all services will be performed as discussed at the time of booking. Any additional work requested after inspection may result in extra charges.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition, size, and service requirements. Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for disclosing any existing damage or issues with the vehicle before service begins. We are not liable for pre-existing damage.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a service fee.
5. Service Limitations
While we strive for the highest quality results, outcomes may vary depending on vehicle condition, age, and prior treatments. Certain deep imperfections may not be fully correctable.
6. Liability
Hugh’s Detailing is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle. We are also not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or manufacturer defects.
7. Warranty
Some services, such as ceramic coating or paint protection film, may include manufacturer warranties. Coverage details will be provided at the time of service.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure their vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled time. Delays caused by late arrival may affect service completion.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
